If this next payment attempt fails, Klarna will make a final collection attempt seven days later. In addition, you may continue to attempt to collect past due and current payments on subsequent due dates, or bill separately for the unpaid total. Klarna may also share information about late payments with credit reference agencies. What happens if I don't pay my order?

If you miss payments, you will be in default, as the 3 installment payment is a credit product. Klarna may share information about your late payments with credit reference agencies. This means that it may be difficult or more expensive to use Klarna's or other lenders' credit products in the future.

Klarna may also refer any debt to a collection agency. This agency will collect the debt on Klarna's behalf. In addition, if the debt is referred to a collection agency, Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies.

What happens to my payments after I make a return?

Once Ancost has received the refund (partial or full) and you have received confirmation of the refund, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule if you have made a partial refund. In the case of a full refund, we will refund the collected payments and cancel any future scheduled payments. You can always check the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I have made a payment, but have not yet received my order.

In case you have not received your order, please contact Ancost via live chat or email to check when your order will be delivered. You can also contact Klarna customer service so that we can postpone the due date of your payment or suspend your order while you wait for your products to arrive.

I cancelled my order, how long will it take to receive a refund?

After the store has recorded your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
